Our Society today is passing through a tremendous phase of Change or otherwise termed metamorphosis.There are lots of structural changes both in the homes and society at Large,. Women now tend to move from the more traditional role of bearing and raising Children to the role of Bread-winners for the Home. Society has seen an upsurge in shared responsibilities between the two gender types(MALE & Female). It is not unheard of to see the roles that men once saw vilified only for men-folk to also be occupied by the women kind. Be it Mechanics , Engineers , Drivers , Brick-laying to even the most demanding such as the forces(Army,Police and even Paramilitary). This has come to stay in our highly evolving society today because of the endearing needs of the growing populace. I rest my case here that humanity has begun a tremendous evolution that has led to the diverse development of both sexes and their offspring.
